1操作系統(tǒng):采用多屏操作系統(tǒng),快速有效。
2. 射出系統(tǒng):計(jì)量機(jī)構(gòu)采用電位計(jì)檢測(cè)并配合PLC及PC運(yùn)算,可精確控制料量。射出移座機(jī)構(gòu)采用線性滑軌配合剎車馬達(dá)驅(qū)動(dòng),由變頻器控制高速位移;定位機(jī)構(gòu)采用旋轉(zhuǎn)編碼器精確檢測(cè)位置。
3合模系統(tǒng):兩段式快速開(kāi)合模機(jī)構(gòu),具備完全閉模的檢測(cè)功能裝暨。低操作平臺(tái),加速開(kāi)模行程, 可彈性運(yùn)用各種不同形式的模具。
4. 控制系統(tǒng):視窗操作系統(tǒng)建構(gòu)的控制程式, 運(yùn)用圖像式人機(jī)界面, 配合觸摸式熒屏,可線上監(jiān)控入料轉(zhuǎn)速、射出量、射出時(shí)間、射出溫度、 加硫時(shí)間及產(chǎn)量,簡(jiǎn)單易學(xué)親和力高。PLC模組系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),各項(xiàng)功能結(jié)構(gòu)清晰。
